What is Vodalogic?
Vodalogic is an automated pool monitoring system that allows you to effortlessly manage your pool, spa, or other bodies of water remotely.
How does Vodalogic work?
Vodalogic utilises advanced sensors to monitor water levels, a controller, and a valve that connects to your existing equipment, automatically adding or reducing water as needed. Operating via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, it eliminates the need for extensive excavation to connect wires to the sensor or controller.
What are the benefits of using Vodalogic?
Vodalogic enables you to remotely top up your pool to maintain an optimal water level. It also helps detect potential leaks via a user-friendly mobile app available on Apple and Android devices.
Is Vodalogic suitable for all types of pools?

Is Vodalogic app easy to set up?
Yes! All you need to do is download it from App Store or Play Store and set up an account. We provide step-by-step instructions for connecting your sensors and getting started.
Does the Vodalogic app require Wi-Fi?
The app works on any network connection, (eg cellular). However, Bluetooth is required to communicate with the controller, and the controller needs a 2G Wi-Fi connection.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by logging into the Vodalogic app, navigating to More in the bottom right-hand corner, selecting Account Settings, and then tapping on “Delete Account?” at the bottom of the page. You will then be presented with a confirmation to make sure you would like to delete your account. When you select “Yes, delete my account”, you will be logged out and your account will be deleted. For more information on account deletion, please see our Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you can email us at info@vodalogic.com.au or call us on 1300 809 202 and we will be able to assist with account deletion on your behalf.

Are the sensors waterproof?
Yes, they are fully submersible and built for in-water use.
How accurate are Vodalogic sensors?
The sensors provide precise measurements, maintaining water levels within ±3mm of the desired level.
Do the sensors require maintenance?
Minimal maintenance is required. Regular cleaning to remove debris or algae build-up is recommended, as is reconfiguring the sensor after any maintenance.
What happens if a sensor fails?
The app will notify you if the sensor battery is low, the sensor is dislodged, or the controller cannot detect the sensor. If needed, the sensor can be replaced independently. New sensors can be paired with your existing Vodalogic hardware through the app.
Can Vodalogic sensors be installed in any pool?
Yes, the sensors are suitable for pools and spas of any shape, size, or material.
Do the sensors need calibration?
Calibration is easily done via the app with a simple tap during the pairing process.

Our pool service guy recommended and installed Vodafill for our Airbnb and its been great. The place is an hour and a half away so I used to have to drive over or get someone else to check the pool. Our old autofiller stopped working, so we started looking for a replacement. After speaking to a friend we found out about Vodafill. We liked Vodafill because it could be retrofitted to our existing pool, so we didn’t have to make any major changes.
What I really like about Vodafill is that I can actually see when the pool is filling. With our old autofiller, we never really knew when it was running or how often it was filling. Now I can see it all through the app, which gives me a lot more confidence that everything is working as it should.
We’re really happy with it and definitely made the right choice replacing our old autofiller with Vodafill.

We have a pool and maintaining the water levels was one of those headaches i really dont have time for. We were looking at other systems, and when we realised just how much work it was to install, and how much of our garden would need to be ripped up just to connect it all, we gave up on the idea. A friend recommended Vodafill, and we had it installed in no time at all and a fraction of what it would cost to dig up our garden.
